This Shipping Policy applies to Smart Door nameplate hardware orders placed on mysmartdoor.in.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are manufactured to order (engraved with your details and Plate ID)
  • Manufacturing typically takes 2–4 business days after payment confirmation
  • You will receive a notification when your order enters manufacturing and again when it ships

3. Delivery Timelines

Region Estimated Delivery
Bhopal / Madhya Pradesh 2–4 business days after dispatch
Major metro cities 4–6 business days after dispatch
Rest of India 5–8 business days after dispatch

Timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or regional disruptions.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout before payment. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

5. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp. You can also check order status from your Smart Door dashboard.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Failed delivery attempts: The courier will attempt redelivery; please ensure your address and phone number are accurate
  • Lost in transit: Contact support — we will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund
  • Wrong address provided by customer: Re-shipping charges may apply

7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or note it with the courier, and contact support@mysmartdoor.in within 48 hours with photos.
